Job description:  

• Collecting, maintaining, updating, and expanding the database on real estate market, as well as relevant micro- and macro-economic factors;  

• Analyze database to provide with the insights that reflecting the current Real Estate/Industrial real estate market;  

• Process data and write/update market research reports on real estate segments includes industrial real estate containing actionable recommendation;  

• Producing market presentations/ newsletters/report;  

• Understanding land law and other relevant legal issues in Vietnam 

Requirements:  

• High English proficiency (both writing & speaking) 

• Experienced in data collection, database management; data analysis and report writing skill;  

• Strong understanding of market research, market analysis  

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task 

• Business-related awareness and a good knowledge of current affairs 

• Experience in Media Communication, Market Research Consultancy and Real estate is preferred
