POSITION NAME: Senior Officer, EHS
DIVISION OR CORPORATE FUNCTION: CCS
REPORTS TO: Assistant Manager, FM&EHS
CONTACTS: Related departments in Plant, outsources, local government authorities.
PRIMARY PURPOSE: Manage EMS system (ISO14001/OHSAS18001) and CSR requirements. Management representative.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Be responsible to manage enviromental management system including ISO14001/OHSAS18001/ and CSR/RBA requirement in the Plant. Act as management representative. Lead auditor. Reporting.
Define implementation plan, internal audit and external audit plan and cordinate for the implementation. Follow up corective and preventive action. Risk assessment and evaluate the results and improvement.
Supervise suppliers for waste treatment and disposal and ensure to comply with the laws.
Be 6S and CSR committee member, execute corrective and preventive actions.
Act as safety officer in Plant. Work across Plants for horizontal expansion activities. Work with local authorities for compliance to the law.
Define training plan and deliver training to related people in plan and suppliers.
Clearly understand self’s and section’s goals to make contribution to obtain quality and delivery goals.
Be accountable for the compliance to rules, procedures and requirement in terms of:
- 6S & KAIZEN
- Environmental Health Safety
- RBA & Social Responsibility
- Protection of company assets
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
PREFERRED: Environmental engineer
WORK EXPERIENCE: At least 4 year working in manufacturing companies
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
REQUIRED:ISO14001/OHSAS001/CSR/RBA knowledge and certificate.
Auditing and lead auditor.
