WE NEED YOU:
✔ Manage the daily operations of the projects of Unit.
✔ Collaborate to jointly establish, maintain and lead business relationships with clients, demonstrating the company's spirit and values through each work for clients.
✔ Manage and maintain team performance and motivate human resources in projects.
✔ Manage and maintain financial performance of multiple projects by tracking and forecasting PnL.
✔ Making decisions about problems that occurred in the entire program that supports service Contact Center transcosmos’ Client and its analysis.
✔ Play a leadership role in identifying business opportunities and selling our value to address client needs.
✔ Demonstrate high level of knowledge of the client's industry, industry trends, client's business objectives and market opportunity techniques in developing high quality opportunity plans in support of client and our growth objectives.
✔ Ensure and maintain smooth communication between the project and the units.
✔ Keep track of the quantity of assets and facilities assigned to.
✔ Prevent and prevent fraud risks and thoroughly handle fraud cases.
✔ Responsible for evaluating quality management reports from direct report; Effective management of solutions to ensure operational eficiency.
✔ Monthly & other BAU reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
✔ 5+ years’ experience in BPO Operations and Management, with a proven track record of handling large teams and delivering results.
✔ 3+ years of experience as a senior operation manager in a BPO environment.
✔ Experience in handling at least 100 FTEs.
✔ Fluency in English (ENGLISH CERT C1).
✔ Priority is given to candidates with additional Japanese proficiency.
✔ Strong leadership and people management skills.
✔ Excellent communication and client management skills. Ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to make data-driven decisions.
✔ In-depth understanding of BPO operations, including KPIs,
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✔ Probation period: Full-time employee (3 months).
