Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Management:
○ Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive operational programs and initiatives.
○ Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
○ Create and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
2. Process Improvement:
○ Identify areas for process enhancement and develop action plans for improvement.
○ Utilize data analysis to inform decision-making and improve operational performance.
○ Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and drive sustainable benefits.
○ Drive the adoption of best practices in project management and continuous improvement.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
○ Collaborate with teams across the organization, including engineering, marketing, quality, procurement, finance, HR, and IT, to drive program success.
○ Facilitate communication and collaboration among different departments to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
○ Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
4. Stakeholder Engagement:
○ Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. ○ Present program updates and performance metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.
○ Gather feedback and adapt programs based on stakeholder input. 5. Risk Management:
○ Identify both technical and business potential risks and develop/facilitate mitigation strategies.
○ Monitor program progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives.
6. Mentorship and Team Leadership:
○ Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning, teamwork, problem solving, and teamwork. ○ Develop training programs and resources to build team competencies in operational program management.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
● 7+ years of experience in operations management, technical program management, or a related field.
● Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex programs and initiatives.
● Strong technical background, with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
● Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
● Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
● Ability to handle multiple project
