Primary Responsibilities
Your weekly responsibilities will typically involve the following tasks:

Partner closely with product and design teams to interpret findings from UX research, design workshops, user testing, and early-stage development to create user stories, documentation, and actionable tasks for the engineering team.

Work collaboratively with Scrum Masters, developers, and QA teams by providing clear guidance on feature priorities, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.

Manage and maintain the product backlog, working with stakeholders to clarify and define business needs.

Coordinate with engineering and QA teams to groom the backlog—ensuring user stories are clearly written, appropriately sized, estimated, and prioritized for development.

Engage stakeholders in Vietnam and the U.S. to uncover user needs, validate challenges, and apply these insights to strengthen product direction and confirm underlying assumptions.

Work alongside the Product Manager to articulate and share the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the organization, ensuring that development aligns with market demands, user needs, and company goals.

Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and review meetings to ensure the team's output aligns with business goals and user expectations.

Support the Agile process by contributing to team retrospectives and helping to deliver incremental product improvements in a bi-weekly cadence.

Juggle several initiatives simultaneously, effectively managing priorities across multiple workstreams.
Required Technical Skills

At least 4 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a software development environment.

Hands-on experience working with cloud-based products, including cloud migrations—especially with Microsoft Azure.

Skilled in decomposing complex features into manageable user stories and defining clear acceptance criteria based on user needs.

Capable of visualizing and communicating product concepts and user flows to align teams and stakeholders.

Highly proficient in English, particularly in technical documentation and written communication.

Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with cross-functional Agile teams and business stakeholders.

Solid experience with Azure DevOps and advanced features of Microsoft 365 tools.

Deep understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
