Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Property Manager/Property Director to oversee and manage a large-scale property complex, including residential apartments, hotel and restaurant clusters, and a commercial center. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hospitality, commercial operations, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the heads of various departments, including residential apartments, hotels, restaurants, and the commercial center.

• Organize and manage the operations of the commercial center, including supermarkets, F&B outlets, retail stores, educational centers, and other facilities.

• Plan and execute annual events within the complex to enhance community engagement and customer experience.

• Manage cash flow, revenue, and expenses across the entire property complex.

• Develop and implement business strategies and innovative ideas to maximize business performance.

• Supervise and lead a workforce of approximately 90 employees across various functions, ensuring smooth operations and high service standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, including at least 3 years as a Manager/Director in the hospitality or commercial property management industry.

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.

• Proficiency in computer applications and property management software.

• Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken) are a plus.
