COMPANY INTRODUCTION:
  • Our client - global e-commerce company - is seeking a Senior Quality Management Specialist to expand their business in Vietnam

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
  • Lead the implementation of the company's quality standards on the supplier side. 
  • Conduct random inspections/process audits/pre-shipment inspections throughout the entire process of fabrics, cutting, sewing, finishing, and packaging. 
  • Perform root cause analysis on quality issues (such as color differences, size deviations, process defects), provide rectification plans, and follow up to ensure closure. 
  • Regularly evaluate supplier performance (defective rate in incoming quality inspection, customer return rate). 
  • Organize supplier training (production processes, inspection procedures, quality management SOPs, etc.) to enhance suppliers' quality capabilities. 
  • Promote the deployment of the company's QC digital tools (including full inspection management systems, final inspection systems, etc.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in textile engineering, fashion design, quality management, or related majors.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in Chinese, proficient in the languages of relevant Southeast Asian countries, able to read and write technical documents in English (CET-4 or above) (mandatory).
  • Industry Experience: More than 5 years of quality management experience in the apparel industry; familiarity with the industrial environment of relevant Southeast Asian countries is preferred.
  • Core Skills: Proficient in apparel production processes and international quality standards (ISO 9001); skilled in using quality inspection tools and data analysis abilities (e.g., Excel, Tableau); capable of predicting supply chain quality risks.
  • Qualities Required: Strong ability to handle pressure, adaptable to frequent factory visits (3-5 times per week) and high-intensity business trips; meticulous and rigorous, sensitive to process details; honest and trustworthy, able to resist temptations of interest, and adhere firmly to quality red lines.
  • Additional Advantage: Preference given to those with resources in third-party inspection agencies
