Key Responsibilities:

• Lead backend development for multiple services and applications built in Ruby.

• Contribute to technical vision and participate in system architecture discussions.

Requirements:

• Senior-level backend engineer with deep Ruby experience in 6 years plus, especially in modern frameworks. 

• Strong background in building and integrating APIs and web services.

• Demonstrated history of working on complex software systems in fast-paced product environments.

• Familiarity with agile development methods, CI/CD pipelines, and testing strategies.

• Comfortable collaborating in a team-oriented, English-speaking engineering culture.

• Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of balancing delivery speed with long-term code quality.
