JOB REPONSIBILITIES:
Effective Order Fulfillment
Evaluate supplier capacity to meet customer POs and delivery timelines.
Independently manage projects across ODMs, including order handling, procurement, material planning, and customer service.
Determine safety inventory levels and replenishment plans based on data analysis.
Act as the primary contact for ODMs on order fulfillment requirements.
Consolidate supplier capacity across regions to avoid shortages.
Maintain system accuracy for items and pricing and handle urgent pull-in requests.
Manage order completion, PO/DO reconciliation, and vendor performance improvement.
Cost Effective Supply Chain
Support suppliers in optimizing output through line layout or labor improvements.
Execute business models efficiently and manage POs, invoices, and overdue payments.
Improve inventory management and optimize supply chain costs, including VMI operations.
Supplier Relationship Managemen
Analyze and provide supplier capacity reports for team discussions.
Manage regional supplier relationships, address performance issues, and escalate when needed.
Monitor and drive vendor performance improvement.
VMI Relationship Management
Manage and improve VMI relationships, ensuring effective communication and performance monitoring.
Informative Management Reporting
Consolidate and analyze data for management reporting, including revenue and forecasts.
Provide insights for budgeting and future business planning.
People
Provide training to other members
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or higher
Minimum 6 years of industry-related experience (preferred).
At least 3 years in an Industrial Engineer role.
Familiarity with customs affairs and VMI operations.
High integrity and strong customer service orientation.
Excellent communication (verbal, written, and listening) and negotiation skills.
Ability to resolve most issues independently and effectively prioritize tasks.
Strong team player with a proactive and motivated attitude.
Proficiency in systems like Navision, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Understanding of Unisource products, services, and processes.
Basic finance knowledge.
Ability to communicate across all organizational levels.
