*Work you’ll do:
- Provide exceptional service and full life cycle recruiting
- Develop, and maintain strong partnership with hiring managers, team members, and cross-functional team members. Understand & advise what business truly needs.
- Proactively source candidates through various source, building and maintaining a strong network of talented candidates through market research, community building, and on-going relationship management for short- and long-term opportunities for a broad/deep range of position.
- Present company and position value proposition and story in a compelling manner
- Participate in projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition.
- Ensure TA reports are up-to-date and use them to provide insights into recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement

- Innovative, creative, and constructive ideas that continue to push recruiting success, utilizing various internal partners
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive in forecasting/raising potential blocker to on-time delivery
