• Liaise with the account manager to understand customer's requirements of each product. Assist the factory to produce cost-effective and high-quality products to meet the specifications in a timely manner.
• For the customer's questions, analyze the root cause of the problem and provide the effective preventive and improvement measures in the future.
• Provide training and guidance, evaluate the work performance of internal QA/QC team.
• Lead the factory technical team for developing high quality product such as pattern adjustment, sewing efficiency, and materials utilization to provide excellent service.
• Support and guide factory technical team to review sample workmanship and fitting related issues. Organize PP meeting with factory team to achieve smooth production.
• Monitor daily production process. Provide prompt feedback timely and make final decision to factory and settle any issues occurred during production. Come up with solutions to solve the issues from long-term, holistic perspective.
• Create and maintain a record-keeping system for technical knowledge and solutions.

Requirements:

• College degree, with major in fashion design, tailoring or related disciplines preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in garment manufacturing industry.
• Profound knowledge of pattern making and sample making for woven and/or knit garments for suit, pant, and outerwear products.
• Hands-on experience with developing sewing methods to maximize pattern and sewing quality, efficiency and material utilization that abide customer requirements.
• Proficient with Gerber Pattern Design System or similar is a plus.
• Good command of English; Understanding of Chinese preferred. 
• Be able to under pressure.
