​RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take care of customers’ enquiries and provide prompt support (eg installation & process optimization, after sales service support, application support)

• Keep regular contact with customers for their requirements and follow up outstanding issues, if any

• Develop new markets and customers on own initiative (both industrial and R&D users)

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor degree holders (Preferably engineering or science major) or Equivalent with a mature and independent personality

• Strong self-initiated personality, and good presentation skill is advantageous

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, Fluent English is advantageous

• Self-motivators with strong drive to achieve business objectives and to develop the regional markets

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision

• Able to travel freely overseas occasionally
