Job responsibilities:
1. Complete onboarding, offboarding, labor contract management, and personnel file handling for all types of employees in the company according to requirements from headquarters and supervisors.
2. Handle attendance calculation, social insurance payments, and salary calculation for all types of employees in the company based on the requirements from headquarters and supervisors.
3. Communicate and coordinate with local suppliers in Vietnam, assisting and supporting labor service companies in managing outsourced personnel according to company standards, including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, attendance, and salary management.
4. Assist with HR compliance by communicating and handling employee relations issues.
5. Respond to employee inquiries regarding onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and attendance-related matters.
6. Collaborate with supervisors or the headquarters to optimize HR workflows or systems.
7. Assist with other tasks as assigned by supervisors or the headquarters.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above (any major), proficiency in Chinese as the working language.
2. 2–4 years of relevant work experience as an HR Specialist, Employee Relations Officer, or SSC Specialist in large-scale manufacturing or warehouse logistics industries.
3. Strong execution skills, logical thinking, communication capabilities, and a good team spirit.
4. Excellent sense of responsibility, service awareness, emotional management skills, and ability to handle work pressure.
5. Proficiency in office software (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
