Key Responsibilities:

Take overall responsibility and accountability for multiple teams or an entire discipline. May directly manage projects depending on size and complexity.

Assign projects to Lead Engineers and monitor progress through regular review of status reports.

Provide technical guidance, support, and training to teams across disciplines.

Ensure compliance with local Quality Assurance procedures.

Monitor and report on project progress, resource allocation, and financial status.

Support the Group Leader in managing project finances, including resource planning and aligning fee structures.

Assist in securing new business and fostering repeat client engagements.

Contribute to the development of best practices through involvement in skills networks.

Liaise with Project Managers, technical teams, clients, consultants, and contractors.

Ensure clear understanding of client needs and project requirements through effective communication with all stakeholders.
Requirements:

Licensed Grade 1 Structural Engineer. Postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.

12+ years of experience in structural engineering, with strong exposure to high-rise and industrial facility design, and managing multidisciplinary projects.

Proficient in structural analysis and seismic design software such as ETABS, SAFE, and SAP.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
