Our client, an international company in electrical components, is looking for Supply Chain Leader - Chinese Speaking to make a production plan, material plan & delivery plan, and follow up in place.
This role will ensure the production line balanced production, orders shipped on time, customs clearance, achieve monthly sales targets and inventory control targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop production plans, material plans, and shipping plans to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Track the connection of various plans, complete departmental KPIs according to FCST on a monthly basis, actively promote relevant departments, handle various abnormalities in the process, and strive to avoid pass due.
- Drive bottlenecks to shorten the lead time of finished products and improve customer satisfaction with delivery.
- Prevention, Control, and Handling of E&O.
- Capacity assessment, supervision, and implementation of parts and finished products.
- Implement the PMC training plan and evaluate its effectiveness.
- Reply to customer delivery based on material delivery and assembly cycles.
- Manage the warehouse and Customs clearance issue.
- Language: Good Chinese (must have), English (nice to have)
- Background: Bachelor's degree or above
- 4-5 years of PMC experience in factory manufacturing
- Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, PPT, ERP, etc
- Experience in enterprise management with over 500 employees in the manufacturing industry is preferred
- Having a high awareness of cost control, familiar with PMC, production system workflow, proficient in departmental systems, and process optimization
- Proficient in production planning, emergency procurement planning and analysis, proficient in capacity analysis, proficient in material control and management
- Familiar with the logic and operation of ERP system, have certain experience in system import.
