- Manage along with my supplier the developments of the fabric‘s range. Ensure that the fabric of my supplier is developed on time & at the right quality.
- Be responsible for my Fabric Supplier Management (Human, Quality, Toxicology & Environment assessments & audits).
- Promote more and more innovation & green components made in Vietnam.
- Negotiate price twice a year based on industrial approach and cost analysis.
- Communicate and pass on my strong technical know-how.
- Improve the Quality system of your suppliers
- Make sure all colors are developed for each season (lab-dip, first bulk etc…)
- Follow closely by testing & inspecting my fabrics in order to respect Company Technical Specifications, Company Compliance standards, and local regulations.
- Assist my supplier with Continuous Improvement. Improve and optimize the production processes.
- You play sport & you are sport lover.
- Strong leadership to work with suppliers.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience (textile industry);
- Basic technical knowhow in synthetic knit fabric;
- Good communication skills by verbal & email, English & Vietnamese (Chinese is a plus)
- Create and facilitate network (internal& external)
- Understand and adapt to personality. Team of teams spirit. Manage conflict and crisis management.
