Requirement:
- 3+ YOE in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the electronics manufacturing sector is a plus.
- Serve as a talent advisor to the director and department heads, contributing to the company's talent mapping and talent acquisition strategy.
- Good communication & interpersonal skill
- Good command of English, Chinese is a plus
