Key Responsibilities:
•KOL contract:
-Create contract
-Align with compliance about contract
-Submit to manager for signature
•Making vendor for hospital which cooperate with The Company for research
•Follow with Marcom for money transfer
•Follow internal document in case borrow demo system between The Company and RHQ or other country
•Support document for distributor such as document for clarification, demo request
•Making document (for technical content, Product Specialist will be in charge)
•Align with compliance (Product Specialist will explain about technical related information for compliance)
•Submit to manager for signature
•Support for tender document preparation
•Filter market data
•Support workshop document printing
Job Requirements:
1. 2-3 years of working experience in related roles (admin/ assistant)
2. Good English skills
3. Be careful, meticulous and enthusiastic in supporting the group
4. Good at learning, eager to learn, hard-working
5. Control time well. Be proactive at work and able to work independently
