I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Team Organization:
- Safe, organized and clean production areas and machines
- Leading, keeping track and developing the qualification of the employees
- Assign tasks to employees in regards to qualification and ability
- Setting performance goals and targets for teams
- Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues within teams.
- Supporting in the continuous enrollment of the fPS know-how as well as transfer to other colleagues
- Representing the team in cross-functional meetings and discussions.
- Meeting the production deadlines set by production planning
- Machines:
- Analysis of defects, malfunctions, weak spots at machines and implementation of relevant counteractive measures
- Analyzing production data and implementing process improvements
- Collaborating with other departments to optimize cross-functional processes
- Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to team members
- Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Leading projects within the area of assembly and related areas
- Orther tasks as required by management
- Competencies:
- Decide on tasks to be assigned to the subordinates
- Decide in regards to needed overtime in cooperation with HR
- Decide on the implementation of the plan from production planning
1. Education background and working experience
- 3+ Years of experience in a similar role
- Familiar with a wide range of Software and Hardware
- Hands on mentality
- Written and spoken English
- Excellent communication skills
- Work effectively with all colleagues
