1. Establishing the Tech Hub:
• Lead the end-to-end setup of the Tech Hub in Vietnam, including defining its strategic direction, infrastructure requirements, and operational processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the Tech Hub into global operations.
2. Vendor Management:
• Act as a primary liaison with FPT Software, our third-party vendor partner in Vietnam, supporting in tapping technology talents and capabilities.
• Advocate for interests and ensure that FSoft fulfills its commitments and obligations.
• Ensure competitive vendor rates and accurate billing.
3. VN Resource Management:
• Lead the screening and selection of qualified talent from FSoft and other sourcing channels.
• Oversee performance management, providing guidance, motivation, and coaching to ensure successful project completion and adherence to standards.
• Drive engagement and retention of high-performing talents in Vietnam and manage any code of conduct issues.
3. Stakeholder Management:
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, Asia Business Partners, and leaders.
