The LEGO Group will invest more than US $1 billion in the 44-hectare site in the Binh Duong Province (around 50km from Ho Chi Minh City). This is the sixth LEGO® factory and this will expand the Group’s global manufacturing footprint and support long-term growth in Asia-Pacific region. The facility is planned to be the company’s first carbon neutral factory and will include investments in solar energy generation

Core Responsibilities:

Compensation & Benefit

  • Operate and control with outsourced service about all C&B activities in payroll, PIT, SHUI, labor contracts, policies, benefits, timesheets, annual health checks, internal & external labor report, etc. for all employees in Vietnam (both local & expat)
  • Handle reports, data analysis, forecast to propose with internal and outsource vendor and lead effective payroll outsourced service.
  • Verify and track the payroll outsourced service in term of attendance, monthly salary, bonus, allowance, reports, welfare, overtime for monthly payment.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely report submission with outsourced service to Government Authorities, including regular reports (PIT, SME, headcount, etc.) and ad-hoc reports
  • Verify the relevant conditions for performing service contracts with outsourced vendor when needed.
  • Verify and track the monthly input with internal and output, scope, quality performance and SLA of outsourced service.

System/Data Management
  • Implement and operate HR systems such as Time & Attendance system, Workday, Payroll system
  • Implement benefits framework and benefit policies.
  • Review and validate input data, output data of salary & benefits changes, and equity processing between various systems as it related to payroll

As a part of People Operations & Development, the role gives you the opportunity to manage the complex challenges of deploying HR operations model, payroll transformation, helps manage HR compliance and risk. PO&D Specialist provide strategic advise on related project management and also technology advisory service in term of HR payroll, systems, data interfacing, outsourcing service

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related majors is preferred.
  • Proven experience in C&B, Payroll, HR System. Having previous experience working with expats payment is a big plus.
  • Good experience in payroll, SHUI tasks, PIT finalization, Tax reports, Labor reporting and Trade Union operations.
  • Solid understanding of Labor Law, PIT Law, HR methodology in Vietnam.
  • Fluent in English is a must. Be comfortable working in an international environment.
  • Excellent numerical skills and logical thinking, problem solving skill.
  • Good customer-centric approach and high sense of responsibility in confidential matters.
  • Having previous experience working with Workday, local payroll system is the big plus
