Tasks:
- Determination of the need for personnel training and development;
- Creation of educational programs and trainings
- Conducting training activities on the product (both primary and continuing, vocational training);
- Development of soft skills of employees;
- Post-training support;
- Analysis of the effectiveness of training.
Requirements:
- Experience in developing and conducting trainings, seminars, training programs (from 1 year);
- An advantage will be experience as a trainer in the financial sector (banks, collection companies);
- Completed higher education (preferably in the field of personnel management, pedagogy, psychology, sociology);
- Personal qualities: responsibility, diligence, openness to new things, employee development, curiosity, initiative, creative thinking.
- The presence of additional education will be a plus (Course of a corporate trainer).
- Creation of educational programs and trainings (for onboarding of new employees and for continuous education of existing staff)
