JOB DESCRIPTION 

Unitary Sales Manager works to improve Unitary market position and achieve AOP growth. Responsible to build key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates, and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current Unitary market conditions. Find potential new customers, present to them, ultimately convert them into clients, and continue to grow Unitary business in the future 

Job Responsibilities: 

  1. Prospect for new clients by networking, phone calls, advertising, or other means of generating interest from potential clients then plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do unitary business with the company 
  2. Develop a rapport with new clients and provide support that will continually improve the relationship. Use technical knowledge along with sales experiences to provide advice and support on a range of Unitary products to meet clients needs.  
  3. Directly approach ongoing projects from the list of potential developers, collect information and set up the meeting with the developers. Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs. Target is to generate the inquiries from them and responsible for Unitary sales target. 
  4. Screen the BCI report to identify the unitary opportunities: schools, factory, shopping malls…. Make effort to verify the leads to become opportunities. Negotiate to close the deals and deliver the sales. 
  5. Identify potential HVAC specialist in the market who can become our dealers and expand our dealer’s network. 
  6. Support consultant to specs-in Bangkok product and VRF portfolio by preparing schematic diagrams, piping & wiring layouts. Generate quotations to meet customer requirements to meet high growth initiative. 
  7. Implement direct sales business model to overcome price gap as well as provide transparent solution to customer directly. 
  8. Develop active dealers who are able to purchase stock order regularly for sustainable business. 
  9. To carry out any other duties & responsibilities as assigned by Country Leader from time to time. 

Job Qualifications: 

  • Graduated from university with HVAC/Electrical, mechanical or Engineering background. 
  • 5 years increasingly responsible experience working in HVAC/project sales industry  
  • At least 5-year experience in management level. 
  • Having knowledge of Market research, report making, closing skills, motivation for sales, sales forecast, identification of Customer needs and challenges, market knowledge, meeting AOP goals, Microsoft office.
