Position: User and Market Research Specialist
Department: International Digital Business Group - Design Center -ICBU Design Department -ICBU Global research strategy
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for local market and user research in Vietnam (including but not limited to: macro market research, qualitative interviews with local users, questionnaire survey, competitive analysis, product usability analysis, localization demonstration of platform strategy, etc.)
Responsible for finding and maintaining local external research suppliers in Vietnam, promoting local research project cooperation, and coordinating project progress and quality
Intra-group project coordination. Depending on actual needs, collaborative participation in high priority projects in Hangzhou/North America may be required."
Experience:
Rich experience in industry research and market research project
Have rich experience in project management, promotion and implementation, and can execute research projects relatively independently
Experience as a qualitative moderator or salary consultant is preferred."
Skill Requirements
Familiar with basic research methodology (qualitative, quantitative, desktop research, etc.)
Proficient in using Office software
Master basic qualitative interview skills and quantitative data analysis skills (questionnaire preparation, data sorting and analysis, etc.)"
At least one English or Chinese (fluent in listening, speaking, readingand writing), (if Chinese ability) basic English reading and writing"
