Direct Report to: Senior Director
Utility Manager has responsible to maitain boilers, WWTP operation in safety, stable, efficiency and assigning job to people under his/her management, coaching & leading the team to achieve objectives of the company .
General task
- Supervising, support staff following operation procedure, maintenance and managing fuel consumption. Carry out working safety & cleaning working area.
- To study for increasing operation efficiency, saving fuel consumption. Leading team to roperly follow the instruction.
- Instruct and support staff/sub-section to carry out action plan to get target
- Make action plan in order to get Dept’s objective
- Implementing action plan, supervise processing of action plan and job quality
- Implement & supervise staff’s following operation procedure to ensure that machine and equipment works stable and safety.
- Implement, supervise staff to follow operation parameters, and fuel consumption, maintenance by shift and make report monthly, quarterly and annually.
- Checking and adjusting when necessary to make sure working safety compliance & protection environment.
- Meeting with team and submit suggestion to up level about spare part safety stock for treatment breakdown or next maintenance recycle.
- Involving and assigning staff to join the working safety and industrial cleaning training course.
- Actively participating Internal Energy and Water Saving Committee and Activities
Coaching & Training
- Develop training material, training plan.
- Implement traing for employees to improvement their competency.

- Other tasks as required by the company from time to time.
- Person Specification (Requirement)
- University Graduated in Electrical/Mechanical/ Thermal Engineer
- Fluent in English
- More than 8 years experience in O&M of boiler and WWT.
- Good at communication, honest and willing to work under high pressure
