Job Summary:
The Vice President of Investment & Asset Management is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping the investment strategy and managing the performance of the real estate portfolio within the High-End Residential & Hotel Group. This executive position is crucial for driving the financial success of the organization by optimizing investments and assets, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the company.
Key Responsibilities:

Investment Strategy: Develop and execute the investment strategy, aligning it with the company's overall objectives and market conditions. Continuously evaluate market trends and opportunities for acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.

Asset Management: Oversee the performance of the entire real estate portfolio, including luxury hotels and high-end residential properties. Implement proactive strategies to enhance property values and maximize profitability.

Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including feasibility studies, ROI assessments, and risk evaluations, to assess potential investments and monitor the performance of existing assets.

Due Diligence: Lead due diligence processes for property acquisitions, including property inspections, financial assessments, market research, and negotiation of contracts.

Portfolio Optimization: Collaborate with senior management to optimize the portfolio mix. Identify opportunities to divest underperforming assets and acquire new properties to enhance overall portfolio value.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets for individual properties and the entire portfolio. Provide accurate financial forecasts and variance analysis to guide strategic decisions.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with investments and assets. Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard the company's interests.

Reporting: Generate regular reports on the real estate portfolio's performance, highlighting key financial metrics, market trends, and performance indicators. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, lenders, and key stakeholders. Effectively communicate investment strategies and performance updates.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to real estate investments and asset management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 10 years of progressively responsible experience in real estate investment, asset management, or related roles.
- Extensive expertise in real estate finance, valuation, and market analysis.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of managing complex real estate transactions.
- Deep knowledge of local and national real estate markets.
- Outstanding project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CFA, CCIM, CAIA).
- Substantial experience within the high-end residential and hotel sector.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
