- Lead and inspire the Vietnam team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Align local operations with regional/global corporate strategy.
- Drive talent development, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Develop and execute market-specific strategies to accelerate revenue and profitability.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market presence.
- Analyze industry trends, regulatory shifts, and competitor activity to stay ahead.
- Ensure seamless and compliant business operations in line with corporate policies.
- Optimize financial performance through effective cost control and pricing strategies.
- Act as the legal signatory for company documentation and regulatory filings.
- Strengthen relationships with key clients, government bodies, and industry partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-value client solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events and high-level business discussions.
- Ensure full compliance with local laws, licensing, and corporate governance.
- Proactively mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks.
- Min 15+ years in senior leadership, preferably in corporate services, legal, tax, accounting, finance within professional services industry.
- Deep understanding of Vietnam’s business and regulatory landscape.
- Proven success in P&L management, business development, and team leadership.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute hands-on operational plans.
- Strong communicator (fluent in English & Vietnamese) with excellent negotiation skills.
