Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies aligned with company goals, conduct market analysis, and foster a culture of innovation.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and implement KPIs to drive efficiency and success.
- Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing team, mentor talent, and align the office culture with company headquarters.
- Product Quality: Ensure the delivery of top-tier software products, collaborating with product and development teams to meet customer needs.
- Process Improvement: Establish and optimize processes, tools, and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- At least 10+ years in senior technology management, ideally in 100+ engineers.
- Deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proven experience in budget management and financial oversight.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in Vietnamese & English.
