WAREHOUSE/STOCK CONTROLLER
Location: Bac Ninh

Responsibilities
•    Manage all stock control functions in warehouse.
•    Record stock levels routinely as per set schedule and required periodic stock checks.
•    Supply required information for the replenishment of stock by the Company's branch in UK and China.
•    Ensure all activities in the warehouse follow appropriate SOP’s and WI’s.
•    Ensure the warehouse is kept tidy and organized at all times.
•    Ensure the warehouse adheres to all 5S requirements.
•    Goods receipt of all Company's consumable and spare parts stock.
•    Ensure the stock is quickly placed in correct stock locations upon receipt.
•    Shipment of goods/parts out of customer location.
•    Assist with equipment deliveries and disposal of waste materials.
•    Support other Company's staff in the shipment of parts/stock/consumables in/out of the location.
•    Update records as required and appropriate for role or requested by your line manager.

Additional Responsibilities
•    Support other Company's staff if requested by line manager.
•    Ensure Health, Safety & Environmental requirements are always met
•    Ensure cooperation is always maintained with all Company's staff and customer staff.

Academic Qualifications 
•    Higher/College education 

Skills & Experience
Essential  
•    2 years or above in a similar position in warehouse management/stock control role.
•    Can demonstrate full understanding of 5S requirements.
•    Understands the role of warehouse/stock controller.
•    Good level of written and oral English.
•    Good Excel/Word/Power Point (MS Office) skills.
