Responsibility:

Develop, analyze and manage complex proforma modeling for real estate projects and funds, creating a thorough, accurate, and well-documented analysis.

Must be well versed in fundamental understanding of valuation, principles, corporate finance, and debt and capital structures allocation methodologies.

Conduct stakeholder meetings to review and understand proforma analysis assumptions, valuations, identify risks and opportunities scenarios.

Manage company's real estate assets and fund portfolios.

Maintain regular financial and investment reports on performance of the real estate portfolios and distribute to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or related field education is required.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a real estate financial analyst and modeling environment or similar experience.

Real estate experience is preferred.

Business correspondence and plans including writing and proofing.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle and prioritize urgent requests and multiple projects.

Excellent communication interpersonal, project management, and organizational skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of management.

Must be self-disciplined and have a strong attention to detail and be able to work under tight deadline schedules.
