Key responsibilities

• Responsible for technical control in process
• Implement TPM activities
• Machines & equipment (MAE) parameter & process control
• Maintain and improve process (safety, quality, cost and delivery)
• Cooperate with other departments to maintain & improve MAE performance
• Lead for continuous improvement process
• Define and maintain standards for process
• Responsible for releasing new process, new MAEs projects
• Preparation of production and production changes

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, etc.
• 3 - 5 years in an industrial manufacturing plant
• Problem analysis and problem solving
• Process management
• Project / Task Management
