As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for driving growth, managing operations, and representing our company within the local market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in the technology industry, exceptional strategic planning skills, and a deep understanding of the local business landscape.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and achieve market leadership 
  2. Build and lead a high-performing team across various functions including sales, marketing, operations, and customer support.
  3. Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients, partners, government agencies, and industry associations.
  4. Oversee all aspects of local operations including sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and threats.
  6. Drive product localization efforts and tailor offerings to meet the unique needs of the local market.
  7. Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
  8. Collaborate closely with global teams to align strategies and share best practices.
  9. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and media engagements.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on key metrics, achievements, and challenges.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
  2. 10 years of experience in senior management roles within the technology industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
  3. Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  4. Excellent strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a keen understanding of market dynamics.
  5. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
