Our client here is a multinational corporation which has activities in the following areas in Vietnam: Animal Nutrition, Food and Beverage Ingredients, Grain and Oilseeds, Metals and Unique Aqua Macro Feed Ingredients (Empyreal).
The position is responsible for Credit Admin activities to support admin tasks of Credit Team in Finance Department:
Send documents: Credit memo/Reminder letter/Legal letter to Stakeholders on time.
Keep Bank guarantee safe and monitor documents with the Bangalore team.
Scan related documents and saving to the defined folders.
Provide requested documents to legal for litigation cases as required.
Perform other Admin tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Skills and Experience Requirements
University graduated in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or relevant.
Open for fresher.
Fair in English.
Good at communication skills, be confident, agile, proactive and patient.
Hard-working, meticulous, detailed, high sense of responsibility and self-learning.
