Key Responsibilities:
- Manage directly production process and maintenance in order to comply with production requirements and prevent operations disruption
- Operations excellence: KPI settings, root cause analysis and preventive action plan, continuous improvement, process improvement, and lean management.
- Lead the team towards the annual targets in term of revenues, margin, product costs, quality, lead time, customer satisfaction and productivity
- Liaise with local government pertaining to environment & safety/fire department & custom department
- Manage work safety in order to comply with company procedures and government regulations.
- Manage human resources efficiently to ensure talents growth and employee engagement
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree
- At least 5 years’ experience of working in the coffee industry, especially dry and wet coffee milling facilities
- Fluent in English
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
