JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Tools operation such as record in and out tool from tools room, check tool inventory, report the tool status, support spare part work.
Coordinate efforts across maintenance staff to make sure all tasks are completed in a timely schedule.
Respond to company's maintenance emergency needs.
4. Clear documentation of both routine checks and repairs needed, in line with both internal and external protocols and procedures.
5. Maintains logs of any downtime within the manufacturing system
6. Other tasks as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Diploma’s degree or higher in Mechanical or related fields.
Minimum 6 months experience of relevant experience in spare parts work related business.
Good at SAP, Excel, ERP
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS;
Intensive knowledge of tools.
Good at excel; good adaptive.
Proficient in the use of necessary program or software.
