Main Duty
1. Administrate and coordinate and manage project work and/or any work assigned.
2. Coordinate with human and resources department in recruiting the worker required for each job.
3. Execution and manage profitable project for company.
Scope of Work
1. Coordinate with clients/ related parties in proposing maintenance services provided.
2. Provision of operational and technical matters, kick off meeting and considering the work related.
3. As a project Coordinator for planning of organization, Mobilization, Demobilization.
4. Identify and participate in the detailed formulating of training requirements for staff.
5. Responsible for work assigned by General Manager, report, identify problems and propose solutions.
6. Delegate work to subordinates. Ensure that the subordinates work efficiently.
7. Advise subordinate regarding work, recheck and follow up including evaluate performance of subordinate periodically then report to the upper level.
8. Follow Policy and Procedures regarding QMS, EMS and OHSMS.
9. Ensure environmental management system applies to areas of responsibility consistent with the organization’s environmental policy.
10. Understand the safety rules and regulations in order to apply to the duty.
11. Cooperate and follow company’s rules and regulations strictly.
12. Perform all related duties as assigned by upper level.
Requirements
1. Education attainment: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related.
2. Work experience: 7 years’ experience in maintenance services such as Shutdown/Turnaround management, Heat Exchanger Cleaning Service, High Pressure Water Jet Cleaning Service, Chemical cleaning service, Catalyst Handling Service, etc.
3. Personal Characteristics:

4. Others:
- Computer Literate.
- Be able to communicate in English.
- Healthy, Not drug addicted, No contagious disease.
