1. Key responsibilities:

• Project director has overall responsibility for the successful management of real estate projects from start to finish. This role oversees project managers, who coordinate teams to ensure that work is completed on time and within budget, to a high standard. Project director provides technical expertise, management, leadership to strategically manage risk, monitor finances and ensure each phase of work is started or completed on time.

2. What distinguishes you:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction / Project Management
• Have a dynamic and entrepreneur spirit. Macro view and yet a hands on executive that is ready to lead by example
• Minimum 15 years of professional working experience of real estate project management with at least 5 years in a senior position. Successfully delivered residential, commercial, mix-used projects
