MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop, maintain, and improve the organization's Supply Chain Planning dashboards and analytical tools.
• Track supply chain performance metrics and prepare and distribute reports.
• Develop/enhance dashboards as needed and analyze business performance.
• Translate customer metric and KPI requirements into reports and dashboards using a combination of out-of-box reporting and Performance Analytics tools.
• Perform planning data parameter maintenance, data accuracy and quality, and troubleshoot data issues.
• Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and provide data analysis to key supply chain stakeholders for the improvement of service and inventory performance.
• Manage and enhance existing dashboard supply chain KPIs like forecast accuracy, bias, forecast value add, OTIF, inventory, etc.
• Develop training materials and facilitate user training for all supply chain planning dashboards and analytical tools.
• Review and process requisitions from various departments within the company for direct purchases.
• Evaluate supplier performance and collaborate with suppliers to improve service quality and delivery efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications
• Expertise in using analytical tools and dashboards for supply chain planning.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools SAP and Ariba.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective supplier management and internal collaboration.
• Proficiency in SAP and other relevant software systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience in tracking supply chain performance metrics and preparing reports. • Knowledge of supply chain planning principles and best practices.
• Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot data issues.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and regulations.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• 6+ yrs. of experience Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Minimum of 6-8+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably within the CPG food industry.
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• APICS certification or matriculation towards certification.
• Familiarity with purchase order processing within SAP.
• Knowledge of supplier management and performance evaluation.
• Understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
• Ability to develop and deliver training materials.
