MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop, maintain, and improve the organization's Supply Chain Planning dashboards and analytical tools.
• Track supply chain performance metrics and prepare and distribute reports.
• Perform planning data parameter maintenance, data accuracy and quality, and troubleshoot data issues.
•Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and provide data analysis to key supply chain stakeholders for the improvement of service and inventory performance.
• Manage and enhance existing dashboard supply chain KPIs like forecast accuracy, bias, forecast value add, OTIF, inventory, etc.
• Develop training materials and facilitate user training for all supply chain planning dashboards and analytical tools.
• Plan, create, change, and complete purchase orders within SAP.
• Review and process requisitions from various departments within the company for direct purchases.
• Create and distribute purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and supplier agreements.
• Utilize purchasing cards (p-cards) for specific transactions, adhering to company guidelines and financial regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date supplier information, including contact details, product offerings, and contractual agreements.
• Regularly communicate with suppliers to ensure accurate and timely deliveries and resolve any supply-related issues.
• Reconcile purchase orders with supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies promptly.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications
• Expertise in using analytical tools and dashboards for supply chain planning.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools SAP and Ariba.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective supplier management and internal collaboration.
• Proficiency in SAP and other relevant software systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
•Experience in tracking supply chain performance metrics and preparing reports. • Knowledge of supply chain planning principles and best practices.
• Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot data issues.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and regulations.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• 4-5+ yrs. of experience Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Minimum of 4-5+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably within the CPG food industry.
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• APICS certification or matriculation towards certification.
• Familiarity with purchase order processing within SAP.
• Knowledge of supplier management and performance evaluation.
• Understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
• Ability to develop and deliver training materials.
