​Working time & Location:
• ECCO SHOE FACTORY Vietnam, Bau Bang Industrial Park, Bau Bang district, Binh Duong province.
• Work time: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday to Thursday), 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Friday), 7:30
AM – 11:00 AM (Saturday). 30 minutes lunch break.

Job Description:
• Create a sequence of operations/ Line balancing.
• Calculated Standard minute value (sm/s) using Satra Timeline and/or Time studdles.
• Making layout/Visio.
• Observe and analyze bottlenecks on the lines and consider correction measures needed
based on analysis.
• Improvement initiatives for production.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree, preferably related to Industrial Engineer field.
• At least 3 years' experience related to Industrial Engineer. Preferably Footwear or
Garments.
• English good at both speaking & writing.
• Background in shoe making is a plus.
• Good at computer skills (Ms Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Auto Cad)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
