1. Provide the clients with high quality service, establish and maintain strong relationships, effectively and correctly communicating their requirements, expectations, and feedback to internal teams. For example: reply to customer mail on time, control the timeline and make the production go to be successful
2. Develop products which shall bring profits to our company and make sure the structure and quality/ information is following customers’ requests in time. Be able to review the samples based on the requirements and quality before shipping out.
3. Coordinate with interior division to develop a collection based on a prototype model and contact with brand if needed.
4. Study the collection and work directly with technical team/ pattern maker/ sample maker on structure, material, colors, etc.
5. Point out the key facts that affect product development and production. If needed, call out to customers.
6. Cooperate with purchasing team for searching new material (leather, textiles, supplement) and confirm the quality standard.
7. Manage the materials and color list (leather, supplement, zipper, paint) for sampling process and production
8. Make plans for materials, samples, production (factory/ quality control). The schedule needs to be linked with production and customers’ expectation
9. In charge of presentation and organizing meeting for new styles with SR/ QA/ Costing/ IE
10. Follow up with costing team to check consumption / BOM/ CBD status. And analysis costing of material and provide quotation to customers (after manager approval)
11. Manage 3 brands which depends on arrangement from line manager
12. Create BOM/ sample sheet/ Price products based on consumption and time data into ERP system
13. Be able to lead a team with at least 2 teammates.
14. Other tasks assigned by line manager
Requirements:
- University Degree or above
- At least 5 years’ experience in Merchandising, preferably in Garment/Textile industry
- Flexible & self-motivated
- Critical thinking skills: Observation, Analysis, Inference, Communication and Problem-solving.
