JOB DESCRIPTION
Key tasks and responsibilities:
Provide overall administrative support to team including daily coordination, preparation and following up of related documents & materials
Assist team on presentation charting, maintaining daily tasks and meeting arrangement
Assist team on performance tracking, post mortem report for brands
Provide support to the Line Manager including but not limited to calendar management, brand meeting and events preparation, internal project management, travel arrangements, and other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENT
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
1-2 years of experience working in client services, e-commerce, digital agency
University or Colleges degree in business, finance, marketing, or computer science
Good skills on Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Words), plus experience of learning to use new IT systems quickly
Good skills on tasks prioritization & details focus
Good communication skills
