He formerly held the role of sales and contract management in such companies like SGS and successfully developed call off contracts with Caltex Refinery, Total, Brunei-Shell, Sarawak Shell, Saudi Aramco, ADNOC and Qatar Gas and Unocal, etc.What makes Simon different to others business executive management is his intensive knowledge and experience in human capital development, solutions as well as understandings of workforce markets and policies making process in many countries. These are practical information sharing which is very valuable to people-centrix strategy for business’s sustainable growth.Beyond the art of human and business solutions, he has been one of the main proponents of the British Chamber of Commerce where he is the Vice Chairman. A Chemical Engineer by training; and over 20 years’ experience in the HR services industry in Europe, the Middle East and Asia; Sam has a wealth of experience in the implementation of HR solutions and best practices gained from working with a wide range of local and multinational organizations.Sam joined ManpowerGroup in 1999 and headed up the Manpower Singapore operation till March 2003. In 2003 Sam was appointed Regional Account Director with the Manpower Asia regional office and promoted to Field Development Director for Asia Pacific in 2007.In 2011, Sam was promoted to Managing Director of Experis, the ManpowerGroup’s professional services arm, for Asia Pacific and theMiddle East, whilst retaining responsibility for the ManpowerGroup operations in Malaysia. In 2014 Sam took over responsibility for ManpowerGroup’s Managed Services solutions including development and delivery of MSP solutions in Asia Pac & the Middle East. He is the regional sponsor forMSP and Sales. Sam joined the executive committee of the Call Centre Council of Singapore (CCCS) in 1999, became chairman in 2002 and led theformation of the Contact Centre Association of Singapore (CCAS) and remained as Chairman till 2009 when he relocated to Malaysia. Sam is a regular speaker on trends in the changing world of work including trends in talent attraction and retention, how to drive productivity of the workforce and re-skilling talent to meet the demands of rapidly changing work environment. Sam has advised government agencies on re-skilling workforces and establishing long term strategies to address skill shortages.

​Ms Tran Thi Lan Anh is the Director General of the Bureau for Employers’ Activities cum Deputy Secretary General of Viet Nam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). Lan Anh, as a member of VCCI, has worked extensively on trade and business facilitation especially SME development since 1997. In addition, she spent more than ten years managing various ILO technical cooperation projects to support the business community. She works closely with MOLISA and other tripartite partners in implementing projects and programs on labour issues, e.g. labour market, industrial relations, employment as well as workplace compliance via labour inspection. Lan Anh has a Distinction Master Degree in Development Practice from the University of Queensland, Australia and a B.A. in Economics from Vietnam National Economics University.

Since past 4 years he has been working at IKEA (based in Vietnam) in the role of Sustainability Compliance Manager, South East Asia & Australia. ​Graduated from Hanoi National Economics University with a Bachelor in Business Administration in 1996 and MBA in HR Management in 2003. My early professional life has started as soon as graduated in Vietnam General Motor Company, branch of the Korean Daewoo & General Motor as General HR Specialist for 8 years, and continued in Hoya Glass Disk Vietnam- from the start-up phase- a 100% Japanese Invested manufacturing Company with the role of Human Resources & General Affairs Manager for nearly 3 years. Willing to strengthen my professional career, in early 2008 I have joined Piaggio Vietnam Co.,Ltd. holding the position of Head of Human Resources and General Affairs, then getting promotion to be Head of HR Piaggio Asia Pacific in 2016. Taking the new challenge, I have managed HR activities of the region. ​
