​Recently, ManpowerGroup Vietnam partnered with the Foreign Trade University Ho Chi Minh City to organize the Management Trainee Competition (MTC) as the exclusive professional sponsor. The competition simulates the recruitment process for management trainees (MT) and provides knowledge and skill development to help students become future managers in domestic and international corporations.

The 8th season of MTC took place with the participation of 43 partners, including businesses and organizations, attracting 2,618 students from 64 universities.

The participants of MTC expressed their desire: "As students majoring in Economics and Business Administration, we need a realistic simulation of the recruitment process and a competitive environment to assess our own capabilities. This will enable each individual to enhance their skills and successfully apply for management trainee programs in large enterprises."

Understanding this need, 21 consultants from ManpowerGroup Vietnam attended the MTC competition, with the aim of supporting 120 outstanding candidates in honing their interview skills and developing essential soft skills such as leadership, teamwork, and time management. These valuable knowledge and experiences allow participants to fully experience a real interview, accumulate practical experience, and present themselves in a professional and impressive manner.

At the end of the interview session, Ms. Quyen Nguyen, Recruitment Team Leader at Manpower Vietnam, shared, "I am honored to participate as the interviewer. The quality of the candidates in this competition is truly impressive." Ms. Trinh Le and Ms. Thuy Tran, Recruitment Specialists at Manpower Vietnam, also shared their thoughts on the candidates.

In addition, Mr. Nguyen Trung Kien - Runner-up of MTC 2022, and Mr. Nguyen Cong Thanh - Runner-up of MTC 2021, also shared their experiences and the great value they gained from the competition.
