What are the top industries with the highest recruitment demand in the next 3-6 months?

Manufacturing & Processing - the key engine for economic growth - accounts for over 19% of the total number of enterprises planning to increase recruitment in Q3 & Q4 2022.

What working models are preferred by most employers in the new normal?

Interestingly, the survey has found out over one third of surveyed enterprises (34%) plan to apply hybrid work mode (workplace-based and remote work) for their employees in the next 3-6 months. This is also the prominent trend of organizations across the world post the pandemic.
