"The Future Human Resources Manager 2024" competition

The competition "The Future Human Resources Manager 2024" (TFHRM), organized by the Human Resources Management department of the Faculty of Economics – Business, Hoa Sen University (HSU), has officially opened registration with the participation of numerous students since the beginning of May 2024.

However, this event marks my first attendance, and I am truly impressed by the organization of the Launching Ceremony of the 'The Future Human Resources Manager 2024' competition. The organizer was very professional and meticulous in planning and scheduling this event, which is truly amazing and impressive. In order to give students a playground that hasn't been fully explored, "The Future Human Resources Manager 2024" is an academic competition aimed at students and individuals in Ho Chi Minh City interested in HR industry. HSU is also the first university in Vietnam to have a specialized Human Resource Management program recognized for meeting the education standards accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs of the United States.

Ms. Nguyen Dang Nha Truc, a student majoring in Human Resource Management, Head of the Communications Committee of the "Future Human Resources Manager 2024" competition, on behalf of the organizer shared: There will be 3 rounds of competition. Round 1: "Bee the Hunter: Searching for Ideas and Solutions", Round 2: "Bee the Conqueror: Defending Ideas and Solutions", and the Final Round: "Bee the 'Queener'". The judges, who are HR industry professionals from both domestic and foreign companies, will assess the contestants in the final round.

With the topic "Bees' Self-Discovery Journey", the competition offers an opportunity for students to apply their skills and expertise in proposing innovative ideas, while also researching effective solutions to the challenging issues in the field of Human Resource Management, which have attracted attention from organizations both domestically and internationally.

Through the competition rounds, participants will hone their problem-solving, presentation, and leadership skills, which are crucial for both HRM-majoring students and young individuals. Additionally, they can expand their learning experiences and industry knowledge. Via the presentation evaluation, selection, and introduction of projects by participating teams, the competition aims to connect top-tier HR talent with both local and international businesses.

More than just a competition, "The Future Human Resources Manager 2024" will be part of students’ self-discovery journeys. Each contestant is a warrior who will craft and control their own careers.
