Ms. Nguyen Thu Trang, Country Head of Perm and Consulting Services from hashtag#ManpowerGroupVietnam, addressed these concerns at the annual summit "Agility" organized by the Vietnam Human Resource Association (VNHR) on September 20, 2019.
According to a series of researches by ManpowerGroup including hashtag#Millennials_Career_Vision_2020, hashtag#The_Talent_Shortage_Survey_2018 and hashtag#How_We_Want_To_Work, Ms. Trang showcased insights on the candidates’ preference and traits as well as work motivators of diverse generations. She highlighted that employers should develop a diverse workforce and apply effective Talent Strategy to attract and retain talent successfully in the digital age.
