On August 24, 2024, ManpowerGroup Vietnam participated in 2024 Youth Job Fair (Ngay Hoi Viec Lam Cho Thanh Nien Nam 2024) to offer career counseling and job opportunities to union members and young people in Hai Phong. This event is part of the "Enhancing Employment Skills and Opportunities for Youth to Improve Safe International Integration Capacity for the 2023 - 2025" initiative, organized by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee.
The event welcomed 500 representatives from the Communist Youth Union, concerned authorities, union members, young people and job seekers at Kien An and Thuy Nguyen district, Hai Phong.
At the career fair, ManpowerGroup Vietnam’s experts discussed the latest labor market trends and the skills demands. Our recruitment consultants offered advice on high-demand job positions in Engineering, Production, Quality Management, and more at many major companies, including LITEON Vietnam Co., Ltd and LG Display Vietnam Haiphong Co.,Ltd. Interested job seekers might quickly access additional information and apply promptly via a QR code.

Employers are actively seeking skilled talents who meet their requirements.”
Aside from receiving career advice from experienced ManpowerGroup Vietnam’s recruitment consultants, participants also engaged in fun interactive activities, learning more about the leading global staffing & recruitment company and taking home meaningful gifts.
The job fair featured 21 recruitment booths, offering over 11,000 job positions. Among these, 1,000 positions required university or college qualifications, 10,000 positions were for blue-collar workers, with nearly 3,000 positions in the textile, garment, construction engineering, electrical, and business sectors.
