On December 3rd 2018, ManpowerGroup in collaboration with the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) convenes representatives from governmental organizations, employers, educational institutions and leading local media for workshop "International Integration: The Future Workforce" focusing on providing young Vietnam workforce with essentials skills to succeed in the digital age.
During the opening session, Deputy Minister of Labour – Invalids and Social Affairs Doan Mau Diep highlighted the importance of developing, upskilling and preparing the local workforce for the future of work. Mr. Simon Matthews, Country Manager ManpowerGroup Vietnam, Thailand and the Middle East also stressed that employers, government and educators need to work together to help prepare for a more digital and fast-paced future of work than ever before.
At the workshop, ManpowerGroup Vietnam also announces the Annual Scholarship Program. The scholarship is aimed at supporting the students in developing technical and soft skills that will help them secure meaningful and sustainable work upon graduation.
