On September 27th 2018, in collaboration with HCMC Open University, ManpowerGroup Vietnam representative - Ms. Kim Le, Head of Outsourcing and Staffing Services, North Vietnam organized the International Workshop for a group of 60 Malaysian students from Interface Education Group.
Sharing on "Human capital needs of mordern businesses", Ms. Kim emphasized the ongoing global talent shortage and the impact of automation as well as digital transformation on regional workforce in the context of Industry 4.0. Ms. Kim also provided attendees with details on essential skills to be successful in the Industrial Revolution 4.0, in which the learnability - the desire and capability to develop in-demand skills to be employable for the long-term career journey - is the most important factor to success for individuals and employers alike.
